Tax-free investment
Invest in Dubai, and keep what you make.
No income tax on rent, no capital gains tax when you sell, no annual property tax, and residency that can come with the investment. Here is what that means in practice.
The short version
The whole return, not most of it.
Dubai is one of the few places where a property investor keeps the whole return. Rent is not taxed, there is no capital gains tax when you sell, and there is no annual property tax. The only tax-like cost is a one-off 4% land registration fee when you buy.
That is why people invest here. Our job is to make sure the investment itself is a good one: the right district, the right building, a price that makes sense, and a structure that fits your position at home. Then we handle the purchase from reservation to registration.
What you keep
Four things that stay yours.
Your rental income
There is no personal income tax in the UAE, so what a tenant pays you is what you keep.
Your gain when you sell
There is no capital gains tax on property. The difference between what you paid and what you sold for is yours.
The property itself
No annual property tax and no wealth tax. Holding costs are the building's service charges and nothing else.
The value of your money
The dirham is pegged to the US dollar, so a Dubai holding does not add currency risk to a dollar-based portfolio.
Three things to be straight about
What tax-free does, and does not, mean.
What you owe at home is a separate question
Tax-free in Dubai does not mean tax-free everywhere. What you owe depends on where you are tax resident, and we say so before you commit, not after.
Tax-free is not risk-free
The right property, the right developer and the right price still decide the outcome. We would rather talk you out of a poor purchase than into a tax-free one.
Residency can come with it
A qualifying purchase can carry a residence visa for you and your family, including the ten-year Golden Visa above a certain value. We tell you which applies.
How it works
Four steps, in order.
From the first conversation to a property registered in your name.
- 1
Conversation
We listen first: what you want, what you have ruled out, and where you are now.
- 2
Eligibility and options
We tell you plainly what you qualify for and set out the realistic options.
- 3
Plan with costs and timeline
A written plan: what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens in which order.
- 4
Execution and aftercare
We carry it through with the lawyers, banks and authorities, and we stay with you after.
